I conduct an initial, obligation-free site visit to the subject property and once I’ve discussed the scope of works with you, I submit a Fixed Fee Proposal listing all the services, drawings and documentation you will receive for the fee.
Should you find my quotation feasible then your signed acceptance of the quote is required. Upon receipt of your signed acceptance, a second site visit is conducted so the process can be commenced.
Should you not find my quotation feasible, there are no fees required as the initial visit is totally obligation free.
